Do these 4 things if your feel you married an abusive spouse

1. Start a big project on yourself in the area of personal development. You can do this by getting into the habit of reading inspirational books or listening to inspirational teachings that would help you improve your weak areas.

2. Think about new things you would want to learn and start learning them immediately. No excuses.

3. If you have a job, look for trainings you can get involved in to climb the career ladder in your field.

4. If you don’t have a job or business yet, please, do something about that, either you work towards starting a business or you search for a good job that would engage your mind, that way you would spend your energy in a more positive environment.

NB: Whatever you do, try as much as possible not to lend your emotions to the negative energy in your present environment. Also, as much as you can, find things that keep you away from the negative environment – Books, Job, business, trainings, work, new friends, etc
